this winter seems to be unusually warm and dry. in contrast I took the photo on the right roughly a year ago and there was so much snow they had to clear the roads to the point of having to pile it on the side of the road 5 times the height of my friend. whether it is global warming or changing weather patterns it is definitely strange. i just hope it doesn't mean we are going to have a late and drawn out winter.
