Merry Christmas!

Hope you are all getting excited for the holidays! I wanted to share a few photos from one of my favorite shoots with the Gingerich Family, it definitely gets me in the Christmas spirit. Keep warm, eat lots and enjoy your loved ones this season. I'll be back blogging beginning of January!

Johnny Active

It's really cool when you meet someone and click right away and that is how I felt with Grady. He is a young, driven and talented guy. He's also willing to do anything to get the shot even if it nearly kills him. Like when he was in the pool and I made him stay under water for long periods of time. Grady lives in Calgary, but is going to school in Toronto, so I am looking forward to working with him on this side of the country too! Grady a.k.a Johnny Active just released a new track and you can check it out HERE.

Mitchell Family

If you can't tell by the photos the Mitchell family is a riot. I would probably call them a funily instead of family. I can still remember the soreness I felt in my cheeks from laughing and smiling so much. I can only hope to be as great and loving of parents as The Mitchell's and pray for our children to be as great as theirs when they grow up. Thanks friends!

Nature Conservancy Canada: Alberta Ranch

Back in the spring I partnered with Deluxe Design Group  for a couple projects they were shooting for Enbridge. They are a great group of guys and I had a blast working with them. For this job we heading down to Pincher Creek to document the beauty of Alberta Ranch owned by Cheryl and Steve Maunsell who donated a portion of the conservation easement. It was a real privilege to be apart of this project. I highly recommend reading the article in the link below that talks about all the time, money and effort donated by Enbridge, NCC, Steve and Cheryl. It is also interesting to  read about the historical and environmental significance of this land and it's conservation.

From Sea to Sky

Promo images for the worship band From Sea to Sky. I love who they are and what they are about. Here is how they describe themselves: We are a multi denominational group from several different churches. We embrace the differing walks of life that we are all on and strive to be real, raw and identifiable. We hope to push the boundaries of worship and see people fall in love with Jesus. Simple, honest and purposeful. I think that we were able to capture them for who they are and what they stand for. Click HERE to find out more about them, listen to their music or contact them about bookings!
